Banks not working on weekends is inconvenient.
Something's wrong with the e-mail notification :P
I'm going to have my hair cut tomorrow.I wonder if it should be a little below the shoulders,or even a bit shorter?I'm used to having long hair(it's almost to the waist atm),so if I cut it shorter I'll feel weird and I'll probably want it long for a while...But it grows quite fast,so it'll be long again in less than a year.Hm.I -would- like some change,I just don't know how much of a change :P.
*lol*But it has to go at least as short as below the shoulders,because I have a lock somewhere that's about this length.Maybe you'd wonder why?Well because I almost set myself on fire the other day,that's why.*l* So I'm on this goodbye-party for a friend.And for some reason he thought that having a lot of lit candles around'd be cool.And I'm standing in the kitchen,leaning a little on the counter,with my back turned to it and I'm drinking something and talking with a few people,when,at a point,simultaneously,I realize that there's a weird sound coming from somewhere behind me,as if something's boiling,a smell of something burnt appears,and the eyes of the guy that was in front of me pop out and he cries and starts patting my back.Turns out there was a candle behind me I hadn't noticed.For once I had my hair falling free and it caught on fire *frowns*.The smell was awful,too.Good thing it wasn't something worse of course,and I was going to have it cut anyway.Oh and I suppose you can imagine the entertaining value this had for the collective(as in all others' :P) fun.:]

Moved on to the 2nd season of BSG.Damn I'd have been pissed at the ending of the first season if I couldn't start with the next ep right away.It's good,it's very good :)).Go Kara!*g*And Lee and the chief and everybody,but Sharon bugs me.

Also I've only seen 3 eps of House,but I love it already!*l*

Eee, hair and fire is a bad mix. Like you say, that could have been a lot worse.

Funnily enough, I'm thinking of doing the same thing with mine. (Um, the cutting part, not the burning part. *G*) Mine's almost to my waist, and I'm thinking of a similar length. Course, my plan is to donate a good ten inches to Locks of Love, but I might still chicken out and just get the split ends cut off.

Picspam is on hold for a bit because I'm trying to read all the midsummer_fic stories in time to do a rec post before the author unveiling, which I think is tomorrow? That is, if I can even do the picspam. I start looking for caps and I get DISTRACTED by the pretty! <3! I hear that the CKR pretty in For Those Who Hunt the Wounded Down is formidable. Other than that, I know nothing about it. Is it good?

So yeah, Locks of Love. It's a really neat thing, and omg good cause.

Oh, the midsummer_fic stories. I still have to read most of them. I think I read ... only three until now? I have to read and to comment before the author unveiling. And it is tomorrow, yes.

And For Those Who Hunt the Wounded Down. Pretty, yes. Very, very pretty. And it's a good movie actually. But so sad! I'll start to watch again tomorrow because today I was just not able to bear all the sadness. Part of the sadness? CKR's character has a kid who has leukemia (?). Well, some ugly disease anyway. Very cute little kid, very sick and very bald. *sniffle*

And regarding the picspam. It requires some perseverance, but I am sure you'll manage. Eventually. You just have to keep trying. Again and again. I know it's hard, but we rely on you!

Oh, burnt hair. Cool. There are really not many things that smell as bad as burnt hair. A friend of mine managed to do the same thing. Candle on the kitchen counter behind her. That got some life into the party. *g*

Oooh, and bsg! Doesn't it get better and better? Even Boomer gets less annoying in the second season, trust me. :)
