Yay rambling! \o/ I think I was on the computer without my glasses on, plus it was late, which always makes me think I'm being hopelessly incoherent! :D
It's difficult to remember everything that's going on in Song of Ice and Fire; I think I gave myself a break of a month tops between two of the books, and then I felt totally out of the loop with everything! I totally agree! Sean Bean was basically the reason I started watching Game of Thrones, and Arya, Tyrion and Dani ~are perfect. I'm okay with Sansa, I got used to her, but Jon can't act imo, though he's admittedly very good at sulking :)? Also, Cersei has that pained/vulnerable look all the time, which always makes me go, "duh, aren't you supposed to be this cool, manipulative woman?"
You totally should! I can't believe the amount of talented people in Inception fandom. I'm not very good at reccing and most people have already read the stuff I'd rec, but you should totally read allothi, cherrybina, gyzym, jibrailis and weatherfront (among many, many more) if you haven't already. (:
