Well, it's not only us, but we seem to be worse off. Typical :P. I hope they finish negotiations and monitoring and whatever the hell they need to do soon, because the cold's going to be the least of our problems if things stay that way for a long time.
Two of our nuclear central's reactors were deemed "unsafe" (more like inconvenient) by the EU and after a lot of protesting were finally shut down last(I think) year and I just don't see them allowing that to be reversed.
